Very positive experience, explained the process to me after a couple places blew me off. Another store told me to come see them and glad I did. Great variety of stuff to choose from. Lots of items I'd be interested in once I get settled into the area and job. They gained a customer for sure.

Horrible experience, took in my gold bracelet for a loan here. A young, chubby guy with long hair, took my bracelet and didn't even ask me how much I needed. He didn't even ask me he was going to almost cut it in half! He damaged my gold bracelet when he was testing it in the back. Said he couldn't take it after that. Very rude and inexperienced. Went to Valu+Pawn and got 1350$ on a loan which was more than what I needed. Will definitely not be coming back here again. Don't waste your time! Not recommended.
I tried to buy an AR15 from them a few years ago when I turned 18 but said I couldn't buy one because of pistol grip. They obviously dont know the texas laws. Went straight to B&W pawn and bought one. It's off of 75 I recommend that one
When you go to sell items up here they try to rip you off... Was gonna sell 10 oz of pure silver, offered me $55. Went somewhere else, got $135. Was gonna sell my gun, offered me $120. Went somewhere else, got $210 no negotiation involved.
