Did great very friendly service! Just was hoping a lower interest rate! But the best thing to do with these loans since they are temporary is to pay off quick!!!!
I received a call from this office, no one would answer me on the end of the line. I called back had a associate answer the phone, and was about uncommunicative, so she transferred me to another associate asking when I can set up a payment. I had already scheduled a payment for at least 3 business days prior. The associated states to me oh I see it, and seemed extremely nonchalant. I'm stunned.
unprofessional loan company changed my back account information to a new one screwed up my paper work and cost me over 100 dollars just to get it sorted out and then they tired to blame me for the screw up when it was on their end, then they charged me a 30 dollars return fee on my account cause they tried to take money out of my accoutn without my authorizaton i will not recommend this loan company nor deal with them ever again once i am done pay what i owe i am done with them they need to move back to hudson oaks never had issues when they were there
Total SHARKS! I refinanced my daughters car with them and have been a customer for years, and never late with a payment- when my daughter totaled her car, we still had a balance. Asked for another loan to get a car and was denied, got a call from them after I told them I’d go elsewhere for a loan and they offered me a loan on someone’s car who worked there that was for sale- SO SHADY! Couldn’t give me a loan to buy a car from a dealership, but can give me a loan to buy one of their employee’s car.... no thanks- went that same night and was approved for a car loan with a 5% interest rate from Jerry’s Hyundai. Do not do business here!!!
