I come into PLS all the time. Most the time I get okay service, but my recent visit I went in and was greeted right away by a girl I haven’t seen there before I went to her window and had the most amazing service I’ve ever had there. Her name was Melinda. Not only was she sweet and friendly but she was much more professional than the rest of the staff there. She smiled the entire time and made genuine conversation with me. I left a very satisfied customer and will be looking forward to going to her each time I go!! PLS needs more people like Melinda in their business!
Went to cash my check. It was super late. The manager on duty I think her name was Sidney. Super helpful with the whole process and very quick and friendly.
Lakrisha Marshall, manager at this store, caught someone trying to cash an altered check from our business in Arkansas. Ms. Marshall called us immediately and we were able to verify that someone was attempting to pass a fraudulent check. Had Ms. Marshall not taken the initative to call us, we'd have been out multiple thousands of dollars. I wish she lived in Arkansas. I'd hire her.
Will never cash my check or get a money order from them ever again. First off, they charge too much to cash a check, second the money order is only free if you pay in cash, which I believe is false advertising and they charge more than10x of what other places charge if you get a money order with a card. Never again.
Tried to keep my money order of $191.30 And give me a $103.00 money order and mngr thought it was funny and couldn't giv me a reason why they detached my receipt to money order. SMFH
