This has been my bank for over 10 years, I recommend. I've never had an issue with them.
I was just a number to them! Unfortunately Belinda Velasquez's vacation took priority. Her lackadaisical attitude towards my loan request while getting ready for time off cost me thousands of dollars. Now with the fees for the loan I found, they can't help me refinance. Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else!
