THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I pawned a working ps4 and controller and when I got it back it didn’t work anymore. Instead of replacing what they obviously broke they told me I could get 10% off a new controller. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

The staff is extremely rude!!!! Went in to sell watch and the guy told me $50.00 then when I go to sell it he tells me $30.00...... wow such a rip off store!!!! There mark up is close to 200% on all there stuff and it’s not even in good condition. Worst pawn shop ever. I’d rather throw my stuff away then to waste my time and energy with this store. If only I could give them a -5 star review.

Eh, rinky dink kind of place. Good for games/movies.. but other items are pretty much the same price at other places.

I love the TV I got from here very nice and very low but be careful buying lawnmowers from here I got a lawn mower that will start but then dies I am working on fixing it but please if you buy from here for a lawnmower make sure they don't just turn it on for a few seconds do it for 30 second if not 40 seconds. Update lawn mower fixed

If I could give this place negative stars then I would!! This crew that I dealt with yesterday was the worst ever!! Except the old guy, he was professional. The two women me and my sister dealt with sucked!! I’ve been a customer before. But since we came in about 5 mins before closing, we got treated very poorly. Ms Olivia B. Made her comment to the other women, after too many ugly faces and sighs, “guess were not going to get to leave on time today.” Uuuhh really?? Yeah she said it loud enough so we could hear. No remorse. But that’s to be expected when you got two ignorant, no common sense having women complaining to each other about leaving work as soon as they lock the doors. No care for a customer what so ever! And this was just the beginning. Besides Olivia’s rudeness and pure lack of wanting to help us, we still went on with sell. I was getting upset and did in fact end up snapping on her due to the fact of her telling me my rotary hammer tool with shovel bit was worth 39$. Over 200$ cost, used this once, great condition, original case, and all attachments. And the funny thing was I’m told 39$ at first, she prints up papers to sign and how much is she telling me to sign for??!! 26$!! This is when I snapped back. She ended up arguing with me and the other lady and I tell her this is pretty much like fraud and she finally went back by her computer only to grab a piece of paper and say “my mistake, I wrote down 29$ see??” My sister heard 39$ also. I’m not a fool. She really did look tired but she could’ve just let us know to work with her instead of wanting to be snobby and argue about everything. Even my MATCO drill set,(like new,all attachments, and original case) I paid 500$ at the time and they go for almost 600$ brand new for the set now! KEYWORD HERE IS SET!! She is inputting model number of drill only while I’m telling her that’s not fair, and I pulled up the MATCO website to show her the correct model number for SET and she still wanted to argue and say 20$ is how much I can give you??!! Really??!! A cheap Walmart brand would’ve gotten the same or better!! I say that because I have before so I knew she wasn’t trying to admit her mistake. Even had the other lady siding with her again making no sense what so ever. I honestly understand when your tired and ready to go home after a long days work. But a customer is a customer, wether selling or buying and we were there inside before closing time. She also tried to convince me after I said, do y’all not care about the future reviews on this place?? That since I was inside waiting in line already and they just shut doors and I asked her if I could run right outside to grab the two tool cases from my truck. I didn’t see a big issue since we were already there before closing time. And she had the nerve to say well I did let you bring your tools in after we already closed. Wow!! Really!!?? I didn’t want to haul in the heavy cases before I confirmed with her that they do take tools. I’ve been to some pawn shops where they were maxed out on taking tools so I already ask before hauling it all in. But seriously she does not seem fit for this type of position.The other lady too,stay away from customers if they aren’t going to be respectful and fair. She has a guideline to follow with her position, and so do I as a customer trying to do proper business. But regardless I won’t take anyone being rude and disrespectful, if we weren’t being rude and disrespectful first?? I mean that I would understand and I’m sure will be her defense but my sister and our cousin was in there. And by the way, my cousin purchased a bike there, walked outside to put in the back of the truck and wasn’t aloud back in. So of course he had to go find something to do while waiting for us. My sister also was trying to go outside and just wait for me in my truck and the lady tells her, no just wait until he is done so we don’t have to unlock door then unlock again when he leaves. So a new rule here now?? Never coming back!! And I’ll be sure to tell family and friends my last experience!!
