Worst customer service ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, the lady had an attitude. I would not take my business there ever.
I called up there while at work, only a couple of hours before I planned to go, to ask what all I needed to apply for a loan. After I got off work, I rushed to go get everything I needed and went to ZipCash, when I pulled up no one was there! It was four in the afternoon when I pulled up, the sign on the door said they closed at six but there was another sign on the door that says they will be back at five. Why would someone leave after I just called and spoke with them? So I left and came back at five and had to wait another couple of minutes for the only employee/manager to come back. She goes through the process of putting my information in and tells me that she’ll have my answer the next day because the “home office” closed at 5:00!!!!!! So I leave and called up there the next day to see if I had gotten approved and the woman told me yes I told her I’d be up there to finish out the paperwork, she asked me what time, I told her and she said great. I get there and whoever this person is from the home office decided to put a hold on approving me for the loan because there’s a bill I get sent to my grandfather’s house and she needed a bill with my current address on it. Fine. I go home get a bill come back and get questioned as to why I move around so much, that’s no one’s business but my own, but once I answer every intrusive question they ask....I get denied for the loan, with no reason as to why! I’ve NEVER been denied a loan, EVER, but because I moved too much according to their standards, that’s enough for me to not get a loan? I will be sending a letter to the “home office” to find out why I was denied and I will NEVER return to this place of business again!
