Horrible staff, they dont know anything about banking. When I asked why my cash wouldn't be ready the day I deposited the check ( it's always been available everywhere else ) they said "I dunno" . Pathetic.
I went here hoping to open a new business account but the gentleman told me I need to wait about an hour. So I said okay I'll come back in an hour. I come back after the hour is done and then he tells me oh you misses your appointment it was at so and so time. But he didn't tell me that, he didn't even greet either he was like you just have yo wait. So I left. Unbelievable, don't come to this branch I recommend the Woodlands Parkway one but AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST!!! YOU'RE TIME IS VALUABLE!!! IF IT'S THAT IMPORTANT TO YOU THEN DON'T COME HERE!!!!
