I want to say how much I enjoy shopping at this store the staff treated me as if I was a long lost friend Kevin was my go to guy he guided me thru several large purchases. Help me negotiate the best deal. He spent time with me and his expert knowledge of several pieces was very helpful I would trust this man with every piece of jewelry expense or inexpensive. My father got a metal detector from this place on lay away for 440 they wouldn’t let him try it before he signed. To my dads surprise when he got home after he brought the device home it didn’t work. They refused to return it these people are shady selling equipment and just stuff that doesn’t work. I would not suggest buying anything from this place. The funny part was they offered to buy it back at a for 150?! These people are crooks don’t support these type of business
I need money for textbooks. I bring in high quality stuff and they promise you a good amount of money and then they go back and then tell you sorry I cant take it or they lessen the value to way lower then expected. the lady upfront promised me a price on an item and then she went to the back area then came back and said nope sorry. I was like you cant just promise someone money and then say no 2 minutes later. worst place I've been to. I was going to give them a bunch of brand new guitar items but screw them. absolutely appalled.
The employees were very friendly and were very patient with me while I tried on several rings. I found the perfect ring and we put it on layaway for about a week. Great place to get beautiful jewelry, tools and appliances.
