I'm so glad I usually make my payments over the phone, because in person these people are absolutely clueless as what customer service should be. Rude, and blame THEIR mistakes on you and imply you are being dishonest. I'm sorry you either can't pay attention to what you are doing, or need a refresher course in Math to learn how to count money, but I should NOT have been treated that way. I will be happy to get my loan paid off at this location and take my business elsewhere next time. Do not recommend.
I came here to open up a loan and waited 30 min while The two girls just looked at each other before anyone helped me, bunch of kids run this office. asked for management she said “ I’m the manager “ Will not be back Wouldn’t Recommend.
very unprofessional, will not recommend to anyone this location. manager has no idea how to talk to someone, came in for a loan she was on her phone while doing my application, and was rude and I felt rushed. I did not take loan. will be going to Dickinson.
