Wish I could give a no star review. Employees are very rude and out of line when speaking to customers. I asked for management they told they wasn’t anyone and the lady wouldn’t give me her name but my caller ID says Lori isassi! When I called the Austin location she said the manager was Rudy and he was still there. They called my phone 3 times back to back and when I called back and told them I was at an appointment please stop calling she told me if I’m going to make take a loan with someone maybe I should pay them back. I’m 10 days late today. I don’t mind the calls I understand that part but that girl needs to be fired for running her mouth.
The customer service is just beyond exceptional! Melissa does such a great job making sure me and my friends who use her are always well taken care of!! I highly recommend using them!! So a pleasant voice and face!
Don't, just don't! As a former employee I do not recommend this place. Unprofessional and lack of communication and training. Very careless with account and to much drama to care about accounts. I do wish them the best of luck finding a whole new crew! The weeds need to picked out! And why do I see current employees leave google reviews lol. Smh
Be careful, they run your card without your permission. If there numbers are not right at the end of the month, dates are changed from the 1st to the 31st to post. I would be wise dealing with this office, they screw you over to save themselves. I know, I use to work there!
Such a professional office! All the ladies are sweet as can be and know what they're doing ,besides maybe two that'll remain unnamed that aren't ,but all together great! Melinda is the best she keeps it friendly and professional every call i receive but can still make me laugh and enjoy the rest of my day.
