They have great customer service. I went through some financial problems while having a loan with them. They worked to help me stay in good with them.
My mom bought a Micheal kors watch from them and they told her its $600 and had stones missing but I looked it up on the actual Michael kors website it's only $350 and now on sale for $199 on Michael kors website
Best place to do business with when you need a loan. Been doing business with these ladies for a long time now the manager Chandra and assistant manager Connie are some of the sweetest and most professional ladies. And the account specialist Donna is just as sweet as peaches.
If I could give no stars I would. In the Process of buying a home we were 15 days late on this loan they reported us to the credit bureaus as 60 days late. Our score dropped 120 points I contacted the main office and they outright denied it was even being reported as such. So, I will be disputing this because I have every single receipt showing I've NEVER even been 30 days late!! But, to think that a company would throw me under the bus and LIE for a 140$ is pretty low and speaks volumes of this corporation.
