At first I thought it was a good place to borrow from but after having 2 loans with them, never a late payment and both loans paid in full, I was denied a third loan or told to wait 7 days to reapply. They claimed because of my debt compared to my income, which my debt had actually decreased since the first loan. Disorganized, false information. Seems to me you should treat good customers better than that.
I highly recommend Fig Loans. The process is easy and the response time is quick. I have had many of unforeseen issues this year, but Fig Loans were there for me. If I could rate higher than a 5, I would rate them 10.
The company does not answer their phone. They have a shell office that no one actually attends work at. You can not speak to an actual person. I honestly believe this company is a front and laundering money. The entire time I have had the loan even after paying it off completely I can not get actual paperwork or a statement. This looks completely illegal and would highly recommend avoiding at all cost. I can also verify that more than half of these reviews are fake.
