They did what was needed to get the transaction completed.
If you get a loan from ACE....please be careful. Read every single sentence in your paperwork, twice, before accepting that money. These loans are intended for desperate people with no other options. And that is how A.C.E. treats you once you accept the loan. Rude telephone CSR’s who do not attempt to hide their disdain for you or their job. A clerical error on my loan app indicated that i get paid every other week when i actually get paid twice per month (my mistake for not catching it). This meant that over the 8 pay periods for paying off the loan, each due date was compounding 2 or 3 additional days before my pay day until i was having to request extensions of 8+ days. That’s when i was informed that 5 business days Is the max extension. They still refused to go back and correct the error. They understood that meant that my loan would default - if you are late on 2 payments, they send you to collections - they still refused to correct that one tiny error. One employee informed me that it’s easier and less work for them to just let the loan default and let collections deal with it than have to re-do all the paper work. When i asked her to tell me her name again, of course we got disconnected. Just be careful.

Very nice. Great customer service. But long lines and no where to sit and very very high interest rates.
I called to see if I could do a money order and she says yes. I get there 3min later she informs me the system is down?!
