They Just came Through When Other Companies Didn't.
So, during the night shift the worker Jennifer, I feel her to be a RACIST. I am an African American woman and i stepped in the door to a white couple being served with smiles and jokes & a biracial couple (hispanic and white) withe the SAME treatment. Once they were served the smiles were gone and she claimed to need to verify the check with the owner of the business, the writter of the check, and the bank....ok. Her phone etiquette was entirely embarrassing while talking to my EMPLOYER, she was able to verify the employer and the check. 49 minutes just for her to come back to the window to tell me she couldn't verify the account due to the bank being close (even though there is a whole 1800 number) and couldnt verify employment because she called a "cell". Soooo.....FIRSTLY, AFTER HOURS ANSWERING SERVICE. 2NDLY YOU SPOKE TO MY MANAGER & THE OWNER (WHO WROTE THE CHECK) ARE YOU SERIOUS? NEVER AGAIN WILL I SEE JENNIFER THE RACIST WHO SAT BEHIND HER GLASS LISTENING TO HALSEY AND LIED. My best friend called to see if that same location could cash a personal check and thinking it was me she hesitated and did not answer right off, but once she realized it wasnt me, she said yes.....hmmmmm but you couldnt cash my payroll check? FRET NOT....PLS CHECK CASHING CASHED MY CHECK IN 10 MINUTES WITH NO ISSUES.
