I can't say enough good things about the Excellent service I received. Melissa handled my account and took care of everything. I love this bank and the way they treat customers.
Their customer service is less than pleasant. Why be rude and snooty when it's so much easier and it's your job to be nice and helpful to the customers/members? You're not the only bank out there so you really should appreciate the business.
