If there was 0 stars I would of picked that. I walked in today to open a new bank account stood there 12 minutes and no one said a word to me. 5 employees standing there and no one said anything ! After the lady in front of me got done the teller jumped on the phone , seen me standing there and not one word again. 2 other customers walked in and they walked right up in front of me and of course the girl on the phone helped them. If y’all don’t want my business that’s fine, I drove right over to prosperity bank where I was greeted and helped within 5 minutes! Thank you prosperity bank.
Great bank, customer service has been amazing over the years and very personal. At Texas First Bank they don’t make you feel like just another number. They treat you like family.
Worst bank in Santa Fe they are very slow in side and out they will not greet you if you have tattoos you'll be on there time not yours they have a click better be part of it or you will be waiting a long time !
Have banked with them 26 years now. We always ret prompt friendly service with a smile. Have never seen rudeness from either staff or management. Sometimes I think you get back what you give the people serving you.
If you have any money in the bank in Santa Fe you need to take it out. Here is why, my mother was on her death bed and some cashed 21,000 dollars worth of check's on her. Even after the frist check was cashed and I went in and begged them to not cash any more checks from those people. Money is not safe in that bank in Santa Fe.
