This place has terrible customer service, worst place ever, I would not recommend getting a loan from this place, depending on who you speak to you get a different answer each time. I am never dealing with this place again. I would recommend going across the street to Loan Express they have better payment options to pay your loan off with ease. Western Shamrock only does payments in person and its because they have incompetent people who can't multitask and get things done correctly that they only deal with payments in office.
