Very helpful staff polite not like most places that are short n rude don’t make you wait long at all
I went in to the store a few days Ago to buy 2 AC’s. my central Air gave out on us so we were in a hurry to find some window units to use mean while. I don’t know much about a/c so when I went in I was just looking for something cheap to get the job done. But Crystal Helped me out and explained to me the BTUs on the ACs and asked what rooms I would be using them for and guided us to the right size and she gave me a great deal for taking 2 window units. They had a large selection of window units. she Helped load them into my car along with another guy. Both very helpful. The window units are working great and I’m glad I didn’t pay 200 per window unit at Walmart..
In my recent experience with pawn shops I have noticed that this one has great prices for all their products, great deals on just about everything and also very knowledgeable on what they have for sale. I was instantly greeted and helped out as soon as I walked in on every occasion that I came in. I noticed that the workers regularly walked around asking everyone in their store if they needed help with anything which can be tough to find in most pawn shops, usually I have to ask for assistance but not here. The last time I came in I found great deals on firearms which can definitely be tough to find and they can work around prices as long as you don't low ball them for the obvious reason that they are a pawn shop and clearly have to make a profit. The firearm I purchased was definitely worth it although it did need a bit of maintenance I am definitely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely come back for future purchases and will continue to refer people to this store.
The short dark girl the assistant manager I think, is like the rudest person ever. How she ever became manager I have no idea. I guess this place don't ask for much of a manager. Very unprofessional. Never again. Nobody should go there. Ez pawn is so much better
Skinny tall girl is rude and always has an attitude. Manager is in helpful and won't ever take any pawns, when I go to Pharr they always take it.
