My boyfriend was 2/3rds done pying off a $2400 loan when his mother unexpectedly passed away. He wound up having to use a large chunk of his monthly income to help pay for the funeral along with his sisters and when he went to them to refinance his loan and try to add on to it to compensate to help with our monthly bills that were due he was turned down flat. That was his 3rd loan through them and his payments have always been on time or early. He will never get another loan through them. Now we go through Covington Credit on Perrin and Beitel and they are amazing.
They lazy and rude. I had two accounts one mine and one for my daughter. My daughter was due first so she was refusing to get my payment for my second account cause it was not due yet. Let see if a bad mark in the B.B.B. will open corporate eyes and replace every body there.
