Worst customer service EVER! It's like they don't want you to make a payment so they can charge you a late fee. If your address is not printed on the check they will refuse it!!! Even if your check's name matched your ID.... EVEN IF the employee has processed payments with you many times in the past!!! WORST FINANCE EXPERIENCE EVER
El servicio de esta conpañia no se puede comparar mas que con una pelicula comica hablando de lo peor no puedes hacer pagos ni en linea, ni por telefono solamente en la oficina donde te dieron el prestamo con horarios de oficina , si tu trabajas en ese horario no podras hacer el pago y eso te generara recargos por falta de pago etc. Tienen en la puerta un buzon donde puedes dejar un cheque pero dice que ellos no se hacen responsables por este y con cualquier pretexto intentando cobrar recargos no cobran tu cheque , y ademas no te puedes imaginar el tipo de personas que trabajan ahi, su actitud seria muy similar a la de una penitenciaria creo, piensenlo dos veces antes de hacer negocio con esta regional finance
