This was not a good experience at all. I have financed many many vehicles and found myself needing to finance another unexpectedly. I was recently the victim of identity theft and so this was my first experience in decades with dealing with lenders that help people with bad credit. One Main did not help the process at all. The entire time I dealt with them I felt like a burden. Like they were doing me a favor and so I didn't deserve any type of customer service. They're rates even for poor credit are predatory, and the basic absence of important information was very troubling. Please beware if you use One Main and only pay the monthly payment (which is ridiculously high) in my case you will end up paying almost as much as the total amount financed. I have a choice fortunately I make a good living and I plan to pay the entire loan off in a year to avoid the ridiculous finance charge of 10K. ONE MAIN, do you understand that I am still a customer? do you think its okay to make the loan process unhelpful and slow because my credit score right now is low? I was shocked. You are not the only game in town. Your team was on occasion condescending and was not helpful at all. pile on top of that the ridiculous interest rate and the fact that at every step of the of the way I found your process unhelpful secretive and just plain dumb and all of this equals the worst lending experience of my life. I will make sure everyone I speak with knows about your lending tactics and I will not pay one penny more than I have to in finance charges. You will make very little money from me. if at all possible FIND ANOTHER LENDER.

This company is a total scam DO NOT get a loan from them. Been with them for 1 yr and balance is more than what i applied for in the beginning.... Smh Repeat DO NOT apply.... Go anywhere else except these guys....
