This business is very unprofessional, they answer the phone and if they don’t have the info to assist you they hang up. I got approved here, they asked for my check subs which took a few days to receive, after getting all the resources I needed to proceed they then told me I was not “ eligible “ and that they don’t know why.... save your time and patience with this place. They will treat you horrible and not even apologize. I was more then patient & the type of customer support I received was ridiculous! Jesse has a horrible attitude and as a human I try to give lead way because I understand how it can be on a bad day, Christian (female) has no business answering phones with the little to no information about this place. Her answers to my question were “ I don’t know sir “ “ im not sure sir “... I apologized in advance if I made their jobs “ harder “.. but there is no excuse to treat a customer poorly!
