Bad customer service. I was coming to take a camera I had to pawn due to brain surgery. The agreement said $287 to take out but the rep tried to charge me $333. I told her I couldn't afford that, she said oh well sorry. No empathy at all. They would rather keep a camera that may take a while to sell than take cash from me. Someone actually trying to take it out. Horrible experience. Ill never go back.
All other places offered $50 this place didn't try to low-ball me. To notch service and ease of selling. They had LOTS of associates checking people out and didn't make me wait no other pawn shop is that good. Thank you!

Helpful and courteous. Every once in a while I find a nice little treasure. A set of Sony headphones for 5 bucks today! Gotta love it! The only thing is, you might have to wait for a while before they get around to opening a locked display. Kinda slow.
