I walked into western finance at a time of my life where I was in a terrible bind. I met Laura and after reviewing my application she offered to start me out with the lowest she could help me with, I sighed knowing it wasn’t enough to help my situation at that time, but something was better than nothing. Right? So I appreciated it. Now I have been with western finance for almost a year. I clearly have been able to get more loan money out by keeping up with payments of course and also got the opportunity to take out electronics. Walking into western finance was a blessing from that day forward, the ladies know me by name and It’s nice to know they recognize u by name. Checking my credit score also has boosted up plenty since I’ve had my loan. So I’m forever grateful for western finance and their employees.
Excellent customer service from Elaine. Explained the process very well and helped me to understand the terms. Over all very attentive to my situation and understanding of my circumstances!
