Unbelievably careless with people time!! It is not only the fact there is only one teller all day! ( it doesn’t matter if it is Monday or Friday!!!) But for some reason the employees in this branch are so comfortable and much more important than customers that they don’t give a damn about customer ‘s time!! It is not one time it is every time!
Great banking experience. Robby Stewart very helpful, knowledgeable and offers great customer service.
My credit card number was compromised and they were able to quickly give me a temporary card! Martha always takes really good care of me when I need checks or money orders or anything.
If you're making a mortgage payment they do ok. If you're cashing a check they do ok. If you're doing anything more complicated than that, pray you don't get Martha. When you can't give someone money because they can't follow a very basic train of thought it's time to move on. I did, and I've been on hold with their customer care line for over 25 minutes now. It's mid day on a Thursday. This is exactly why I pulled all of my accounts and went to capitol one. They're great by the way if you're fed up also.
