My rating is in large part based on poor customer service received by the ladies working at the Round Rock location. There was an older latino female managing this location when I started my relationship with Easy Financial that was great. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name but she was professional and pleasant to work with. Since then management has changed and not for the better. The young lady in charge at this time is extremely unprofessional, snarky and confrontational. This type of behavior is toxic and trickle down to regular employees as demonstrated today via phone. Every response was rude and filled with negative energy. To be clear, the level of childish, unprofessional, sarcastic and snarky behavior dished out will have you ready to snatch one of them. However, being the lady I am I simply laugh it off and hope that one day someone will educate them about class as well as what professionalism is. That being said, if you are looking for a loan with less than perfect credit go somewhere else. There are other companies that do what they do with customers that have poor credit who are more transparent, courteous and professional. Western Finance is a good alternative as they are professional and will treat you with respect no matter what the situation is. Though I appreciate Easy Financial for approving me, I don't appreciate the negative customer experience.
My experience with this office has been great. Both Daisy and Angel are very awesome and helped me when no one else would. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a loan or just trying to re-establish their credit to pay them a visit.
My opinion....the girls are great! They treat you as you treat them honestly. The payments are great. The interest on the loans are great. You are set up on auto draft because they are trying to help us build our credit. I would definitely send clients to them.
