Went for a loan today excepting the worst. As I had just left the competitors down the road with my head down. As I walked in, I was greeted with a complete different attitude. Mary behind the desk was awesome. She had me fill out an application and within minutes I was on my way with what I came for. Will I go back? Absolutely, top notch service great people. Came into the Rockport Texas location of Advance America yesterday. I have to say Mary was the most excellent person to help with all my loan needs. She made sure i was able to get the most amount of money for my loan. I would highly recommend coming to this location to get a loan.
They helped me out very well
very unprofessional place. They didn't disclose all the release info and they screwed me over when they didn't tell me I had to go to the dmv to take the lean off my car more than half a year and I didn't know because when I finished paying off my loan they told me I was good to go. but obviously I wasn't The manager Terri was very unhelpful she didn't even care about the issue. worst place to get a loan the rates are so high. They obviously don't train their employees correctly. The person working there didn't really know what he was doing worst experience I've ever had.
