This place is pathetic first of all they charge to have a savings account but I wasn’t too worried about that where it really hit me is when I did a credit build up with them and I paid monthly and got my money back at the end (like opposite of a lone) and then after I paid it all and was getting my money back they told me it was a lone and charge interest on it? but it wasn’t a lone, a lone is them giving you money first and then you pay them back but I gave them money and they didn’t give me mine back like I gave them a lone basically. The lady obviously got a bonus for signing me up for it because that’s not what she told me she told me I would get my interest back because I’m paying my own money if they would’ve told me I wouldn't get my interest back I wouldn’t of done it because that’s the stupidest thing I ever heard of you holding my money then charging me interest on my money? anyway definitely going to have to switch to a different bank these people Will get you so hard so they can get a bonus

The customer service was great very friendly and they always post my payroll check for immediate funds the only draw back on my direct deposits it takes them up to a full day when my coworkers direct deposits have shown the day before mine
Extremely rude to customers. Would not bank here. Will jump on any opportunity to get an overdraft fee from you, even if you have made deposits the day before to cover. They'd rather have your money than your satisfaction. I think Hitler probably banks here.
