The worst bank ever!! Don’t ever get a loan from them! I wish I would have known or read the reviews on this bank before getting a car loan. Like someone said previous they don’t care what you got going on. I offered to pay the past due balance and they didn’t care at all. They want you to pay off the entire balance!! The reps are rude too, Tanya, Christina, Flora, and the Manager Stacey! Interest rate is ridiculous. And their reps don’t give two craps about you either!! They should literally have no stars available for them. Lesson learned though!
Please don’t use this company. This company is a scam and only cares about money. Customer service is bending backwards for customers. In a midlife crisis they don’t think twice to help with arranging payments. They reposes vehicles and expect you to pay off your entire loan amount in less than two weeks!! This is a scam. DONT DONT DONT DONT DO IT.
I am a business owner that call them back as they ask and because I use cell phones for my business the girl that got a car from the dealership that call them she have to take her car back that's not right and she's not going to get her down payment back and this is going to hurt her credit all because I use cell phones for my business I even sent them my IRS paperwork to show them that I'm the business owner I bet if her skin tone and my skin tone was different it wouldn't be that way I told her to call the BBB and Costumer hot line for people like this sick people don't use them
They are awful!!!! Please don’t buy a car that has this business is really horrible!!!!!! My car got crashed and then the insurance of the person that hit my car send Santander the check to get fix. Well I took it the BMW dealership and everything to get fix. My car has been ready already almost a month and the dealership hasn’t gave me my car back because Santander doesn’t wants to release the check. Santander is saying that they can’t verify W-9 form the BMW dealership!! Like come on it is valid and everything like they try to make excuses of everything!!!! Like if it wasn’t valid then why the BMW dealership is open? How come everyone else in the Dealership they verify it and it comes everything well in the W-9 like tf.
I never was behind on my payment until I lost my husband They are money hungry they get over I lost my husband I paid $9200 in less than 90 days and only owed them $1800 to be done with the account they got a lawyer involved. Then they sent me another settlement for $3000.00 they have caused me nothing but pain and suffering I hate this company I paid for my car more than twice they deserve to be shut down for good!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CONPANY THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL....
