We attempted to use their services they pulled our credit and stated that we qualify for x amount of dollars and that we needed to submit our income. Well my wife did her paystubs and we also own our own business so Haley the rep stated she would need income tax returns, I asked if we could submit bank statements as our last year was completely different and it will not show a very accurate picture for this year, she advised me that they only go off Income taxes. So we submitted the information. And needless to say we did not qualify. Their customer service was horrible, we had to call them to get updates. We were even putting down a down payment, but when Haley found out that we might have to put more down she didn't call us to ask if we we're able do so, it took me calling to find that information out. We got the impression from Haley that we were inconveniencing her to do her job, I am so grateful that it worked out that we are not doing business with them, if my experience was any indication of how it was going to be.
Really awesome girls there they helped us when we didn't even think we could borrow.

Local branch is great! Main company is negligent!!! They wait a LONG time before they update accounts online!!! The website is useless for account management!!!
