Quick and friendly service everytime I go in to this location
I always like to go in Ace and deal with Mrs Bernadette she a very nice lady and she always help me write out my money orders when i need help I also witness her be helpful to other customers as well and she always have it smelling good with her candles too
the White House, pay my bill online in the go into the office or be connected with the office because you constantly get harassment calls from the workers I mean they call you like 10 to 12 times a day within 7 days before your loan is due I think that is truly aggravating
Calling for information and the young lady that answered phone told me she would.call me back never did. Upon me callng back she acted like she knew who I was and quickly told me to wait for the corporate office to call me back. Of course corporate has yet to call me back...
Showed up said they were locked out of system it would be about an hour now 10 calls to make sure it works and no answer awful service
