I had gone in to change banks I used to use alliance bank in mount Vernon but I have had so many problems with them an their ach department. So I went in to guaranty bank and trust an I opened up a checking account the young lady that helped me was extremely helpful I can not tell you anything more about the bank so let's hope they are not like alliance bank
