I can't say enough positive things about this company. They are very personable and know you by name not like your normal stuffy loan company. They understand that life gets in the way sometimes and work with you. They have a small staff and I particularly like the fact that I've dealt with the same girl for 3 years. Unlike my bank that has such a large staff that I never see the same person twice. She knows my ups and downs and is genuinely interested when she asks me how's my family. I highly recommend this company.
Very confused as to whom would actually file taxes here. The woman was obviously ill-informed and clueless about filing. She didn't have an answer for ANY tax questions we had and wanted to charge a double filing fee.
Ok.....im super late on payment....these folks are willing to bend over backwards n forwards for you!!!!!! Greeeeeaaatttt staff!!!!
