If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I have done loans through them in the past and this evening he went there with his pay stubs and drivers liscenece. The manager of this store in specific said he had to bring in his ss card which we never heard of. When we looked up online the ace cash express requirements in Texas of what we needed to bring in, it specifically only says you need your dl and paystubs. When we went to show her that she became very defensive and mouthy stating "well I'm not the tech guy" And continued on being extreamly rude.. And this is the MANAGER? Very disappointed in this company and the staff
