Visiting from out of town. My bank is not in the area. I needed to cash a standard payroll check. I waited patiently as Ruth contacted my employer and my bank to verify my check. 45 minutes to be exact. The first red flag that she didn't know what she was doing was that she read the routing number to the bank trying to verify my account number. My bank had to correct her. Second red flag was after all that wait the check machine would not scan my check without getting jammed 5 different times. Now there are 2 people behind me waiting. You could tell she had no clue what she was doing. After verifying that everything on my end checks out, 45 minutes later she tells me "our systems will not take your check." When I ask her to explain she then flips it back on me saying it's "not our systems," we just cannot take your check. I asked for District Managers phone number and she refused to give it to me. There's already a 1 star rating on here. Heed this second warning. Stay away from this place. They'll only waste your time.
Do not waste your time here, I make $2,500 every two weeks. they only approved me for $190. $190? Are you serious? I go right down the street to Check n Go, boom $1500 no problem. If I could give Ace Cash Express a lesser "star" rating I would.
