Between my wife and I we have been with this establishment on and off last couple of years. Never have I dealt for poor management form the Mckinney location in that time frame. They are rude mannered, not welcoming. Their customer service skills and professionalism is beyond failure I have worked in a similar field for 9 years and never have I witnessed this kind of treatment. I have attempted to pull entire loan amount form my bank 4 times in 3 months due to lack of communication on their behalf and most recently was charged a 25.00 “late fee” after they already charge you a “refinance “ x2 a month. And went there to plead my case and to show them the calls that were made in order to make the payment because they have so many “stipulations “ just to do so and the manager said that there’s nothing she can do.i then asked for a phone call from the area manager and she replied she had already spoke to her and the decision was mutual to charge their customer the fee. Folks find another loan establishment for these people do not care about their customers whom I may add that pay their salaries and Upper management is a joke, Still waiting for that call back....it’s been a month

The staff here are very friendly, they are clear concerning the items needed for a loan as well as with the expectations of a customer. They do go through employees fairly fast though.
