Just paid off my loan within the 3 day mark. Saved my interest. Vanessa the manager at the Speedy Cash store on 10th St. Mcallen, TX. Very unprofessional, rude and to think she was going to charge me the interest before my 3 day mark very sad. She handled all services, wrong and unethical to say the least. She was so upset I had told her “if you hate your job so much don’t work here” Then I asked her about my loan percentage she slipped over the calculator instead of handling her job in a mature professional matter. I hope a regional supervisor is reading this review. I called the corporate office and reported her and the service we received by her and the other employee. I also paid my loan off at another location, because she wanted to charge me the interest knowing that the other employee told her in front of me it would be Friday. She is very unhappy and not an honest individual managing this store.
