Love my Ace Flare Account card. With direct deposit it's only. $5 fee per month. Instead of $2 per transaction. This Ace is in and out quickly. They have money orders cheap and Money Gram, which is way more inexpensive than Western Union and less expensive.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I honestly had one if the worst customer service encounters at this location. I showed up to this site close to 10mins before closing and while I was grabbing a form to send money, which doesn’t take more than a minute to fill, I heard a voice telling me they were about to close. I told this employee, who told me her name is Gisela, that online it shows they close at 5pm and the door was open as well as the sign was on. But she told me that she closed their system about 10mins earlier to leave a 5. Then she dared tell me in a scolding tone that I should’ve just gone earlier. I don’t know why she was being this rude, but I work in customer service and if you advertise your hours online, then how dare you imply it’s a customer’s fault?! they should read your mind if you decide to shut down the system early!? I obviously didn’t like the way she was talking to me and proceeded to ask for her managers name, at which point she said he wasn’t there but gave me his name. Then I asked for hers and when she got a hang of why I was asking she said, “but miss I already restated the system to be able to help you.” I told her I was no longer interested in giving HER my money considering she felt free to talk to me in a very rude manner from the get go. But that her manager would be hearing from me. She laughed and said it wasn’t her intention to be rude and I told her it probably was her intention, considering she blamed the fact that she closed the system early on me.
Came at 747pm. And told me thier system was down. Dont recommend u to come the last 15 mins . They will probably tell u the same thing.

I got there and the rude lady didn't even tell me how much they were going to charge me cashing my check she charge 125 to cash my check i told her you didn't tell me how much you were going to charge me she replied i don't have to tell you it was a Hispanic lady.it was too late to go somewhere else.I had no choice .people dont go there bad service.they charged me 5 % of my check and she was rude .
