My reasons only because of the Flare acct ..i already recommended to my son..he has a credit union,but he also wants another acct ...the only thing i didnt like was before I signed up,I specifically asked is there a charge everytime i deposit n the associate said no,but i n reality i do have to pay to deposit or else i wouldnt of gone through with it.Owell too late other than that im happy with it anyways
The agent wasn't as friendly and I felt as if she had an issue with me. She seemed to make me do unnecessary steps. I had to fill out a form which all she did with it was fold it up and put it in a drawer. I have cashed checks with several Ace locations and I have cashed a check at the same location but she said I hadn't. I wasn't thrilled to have her as my agent.
