My fiance was told to come back today on 12-17-2018 and they would see how much more he could get for a loan and he went back and was told a whole different story by another person. The people at the location on 50th street need to not lie to people. If y'all want decent customers than act decent and not lie to them soon as I pay my loan off I will not be going back to them
The cash store has terrible customer service.. They make you jump threw unnecessary hoops for a loan. They make up different criteria for a loan based off each person. Cash Advance and shamrock finance are better options with a better interest rate. Both companies offered to help when the cash store discriminated against me.
I made a review yesterday and gave them five stars but I am changing it to only three stars. The manager Ray is very nice and professional but the woman who helps him Gypsy I do believe had trouble customer service she called me the same day I went into the office and then when I got a chance to call about it yesterday she was suppose to call me back and she never did and then today she was rude to me.
I applied for a loan of which I completed online easily...Then took the paperwork requested to the store...Takes about an hour for approval...Mary & Ray both assisted me with the paperwork to get me the best deal, they were kind, courteous, and very professional...Enjoyed doing business with them...Will be back in the future if needed..
