Idk who the manager is but that stephanie chick is rude af and the employees are lazy i called several times and no answer then i go in and they atr just laughing standing around and that stephanie girl hears thr phone ring and says im not answering that they can go to hell....... we need someone more professional than her
They lost my things. Told me they couldn't access security cameras to find them due to the weather. Offered what low tier item of the things I had in store. Wouldn't even bother giving me back proper money compensation to get the exact thing back. The management and customer service overall is unacceptable.
Very unprofessional customer service but this is what happens when you dont Stay In School !! There's many ways of going back to school folks, & you can continue to work while attending school...Im not talking about trade schools...
They are too slow! Line all the way back past jewelry and the clerks are busy talking. Came back in at 6:11, there was no one in the store and I still stood in line 5 minutes before being helped!
