The lady was very helpful and very nice
Been coming here for years so was trying to cash a pay roll check and the check wasn't in the system so the bank was closed I was stuck with no money but two checks but I went to Walmart and cashed it this is crazy I feel that's not my problem it's ur damn job to help the customer and i was stuck with two checks no gas or food so why deal with them period trashy company.
Very rude and unprofessional no customer service skills at all make sure you count your money before leaving will purposely short change you and then dryly apologize All employees not rude Shantize aka Renee she told me to go to kings Check cashing if I didn't like her attitude... All employees aren't rude honestly she is the only rude one I have came across.. I'll make sure anything I need from them won't have to be done during her shift. Took her name tag off when asked for her name.
Door was locked upon arrival had to knock on door to get them up open it. They wanted $13 to cash a $195 money order ! Wow! Will never use them or consider them again.
The lady there is so nice and the location was clean.
