As of July 5, I officially pay off the loan that I owe to them. People at this location was very courteous and very professional. However, my problem I have is corporate. The very first time I got a call from them was around Christmas of last year and it was this white guy and he sounded very rude over the phone and I told him about my financial problems and he kept saying why I couldn’t just paid the whole amount? And I told him I couldn’t pay it because of my financial issues. And then so on, customer service was so rude and they seem to not care about your situation. On the same day after I had pay them off, I get a called from collections agency and saying that the company had turn in my info to the agency. I already told them that I had already paid them off and even faxed them the receipt. I was so glad I paid them off and I wouldn’t be doing business with them again.
