The Branch Manager Ann was poise, professional and even humorous. She made the process understandable; very easy to follow along. She gave pointers on how to stay on time with payments (being proactive and not reactive). Overall I would recommend anyone here, and if you do the same and that person gets approved, then you get a 25 dollar referral fee (free money!)
