I drove to this location specifically because Vivian was extremely friendly over the phone. I called a different location and she was not friendly what so ever and seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. When I got here she was very patient and kind. It’s already stressful when you have to borrow so having great customer service like Vivian had given to me makes the process much better. I would recommend going to this location.
I went in yesterday just to get a small amount. Jackie went through everything with me and did everything she could to help me. At first the loan was approved and everything was looking good. It was just the check for collateral that would not print. She really did everything in her power to try to get me the money that I needed. Even though i wasn't able to leave with the money I appreciate the help and her going above and beyond.
