Just went in there and didn't even finish the application process because the woman helping us was extremely rude not to mention didn't know her job as we asked why we didn't receive our personal Info back since we didn't finish the process and she couldn't even answer me. The I asked, "well, how long do you guys keep personal info on file?" She had no answer for that either! So, I left and called the corporate office because the "complaint " number she gave me was bogus! The corporate office explained they are to shred personal info after 30 days. So, I called and talked to the rude woman that was helping us and told her what corporate had told me and her response was, "oh, I didn't know that." Like wth? You don't know your job? This is ridiculous! Not only will I put this review in but I will be calling corporate back and the BBB as well. I will make sure that I either get that info back or that it does infact get shredded. Because, you know some of us are in job positions we shouldn't be in!
