This place will scam you and you like your not giving them business. They never help any black men , when coming there to purchase something. They assume black men are there to pawn something. So they just stand back And watch you like ur not a customer. Twice They have lied to me over the phone and when I get there they act like the person I talked to is not there.
I wasn't satisfied with my initial visit but they were more helpful the last time in.
I took 4 .9999 gold bars into this store and I was offered less than 1/2 of spot. Went to another shop and was given a fair offer. Don't take gold here.
The staff here is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices offered for your items are fair. This was the best experience I've ever had.
Stopped by on my way through town. Found a portable air conditioning unit that was pretty beat up, but appeared to still work. For those who don't know, this chain has a markdown schedule on their price tags. The AC unit was marked at $80 and was missing the drain hose, remote control, and filter assembly. The price was supposed to have been marked down on 5/12 to $64. I asked if they would take $50 as those parts were going to cost me at least $40. Salesman comes back and tells me that the manager, Zeke, said they don't honor the mark down tags because it's AC weather and he countered with $75. $9 higher than it should have been marked. Buyer definitely beware.
