Employee at fort hood street location was very rude. She acted as if she hated her job and it was my fault. I believe her attitude reflected her work ethic.....she did not try very hard to help me.
The Lady was working alone, when I arrived the lady was attending two other customers , The lady greeted my arrival ,respectfully and was very quick to attend my needs, another costumer arrived during my transaction, The lady greeted the customer as well. over all great service with a smile, smiles and respect, cant ask for a better teller or better service.... i personally give the lady you hired a big fat 10 stars
BEWARE! **CAUTION**: The company deducted the loan amount owed twice instead of one time. The loan amount was paid back in full with our debit card. That amount was deducted, then 4 days later the glitched payment system deducted the exact same amount. Put our account in overdraft because our car note and other bills were automatically deducted. Still haven't received the extra money they took back after 3 days. Just started using them in 2019 and this horrible mistake occurred. FYI: YOU CAN GET CHARGED DOUBLE. $200 TURNS INTO $400 REAL QUICK! The receptionist says they will reimburse but im still waiting for the reimbursement after sending customer service an urgent email.
Pretty good place to go they'll give anybody alone at least they gave me one.
