Just got the loan last month. Told the girl I would call on my lunch break. The black girl in the office called me and just turned me off from doing business with y’all. I am current but will pay them off early bc she is soooooo loud on the phone that my eardrums are popping. Loud does not equal results. Loud equals ghetto. Just talk with a normal voice. Take lessons from World Finance locates right beside you all. They are polite and talk in normal voices. Y’all are now known as ghetto due to loud mouth. Offer customer service training please. Oh I am black too. All black people are not loud and ghetto.
They were easy to deal with for the most part!!! BUT BEWARE!!! IF YOU ARE A PERSON TRYING TO IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT SCORE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! I MADE ALL 8 PAYMENTS IN TIME!! I HAVE RECIEPTS AND BANK STATEMENTS TO PROVE THAT I ALWAYS PAID ON TIME!! AFTER I PAID OFF MY LOAN ON TIME AT THAT THEY REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU THAT I WAS LATE ON ALL MY PAYMENTS AND THAT IS A LIE!!! THIER LIE MADE MY CREDIT DROP BY 50 POINTS!! AVOID THEM THEY WILL MAKE YOUR SCORE DROP EVEN IF YOU MAKE EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT ON TIME AND PAY OFF YOUR LOAN!! THEY ARE A SCAM!! I HAVE ALL THE RECIEPTS TO PROVE IT TOO!! I WILL BE CONTECTING THE CEO AND REPORTING THEM TO THE CREDIT BUREAU
These people are high interest predatory loans. If you get behind they will not give a moments peace even after making arrangements. They will even come out to your house. They are big on threatening to and calling at work. I recommend not doing business with them. When we paid our loan off then they start in on you keeping the accounts active. They like to keep strung along. I am not a fan.
