Julian was very friendly and helped me with my loan approval process. I was able to get funds in my account the same day. It wasn’t busy at all either so there was no additional wait time. The online application process was also very easy, and the website is easy to navigate to make payments. I’ve taken out multiple loans over the last few years through Check n Go when I’ve needed to cover short term financial issues and I’ve never had any problems.

I recently visited the Check n Go Irving location. I’d applied online for an installment loan but then decided that needed the money in hand- that day- for a car repair. From my initial call to the store, I received top of the line customer service. This same level of service was delivered once I reached the Irving location. I had the pleasure of working with Veronica who I must say was all around EXCEPTIONAL!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to guide me through the application process. Although I kept unintentionally screwing up the application online, Veronica remained patient and courteous. She finally went ahead and completed the application for me using the information which Is provided. I ran into a couple of other difficulties, but Veronica exhausted every avenue that she could to assist me- including calling other stores and recommending products that better fit my immediate need. Needless to say, I left the store feeling extremely grateful and relieved from the anxiety that I’d been experiencing that day as a result of my car issues. Check n Go Irving helped me to get my vehicle back on the road and did it in style- providing a 1st in class customer experience for me.
